In making this appointment, you are agreeing to adhere to our illness and cancellation policies. We kindly ask for 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We charge a $25 fee for no shows or late cancellations which will be due at the time of your next appointment. We of course understand that emergencies happen and are willing to consider waiving this fee on a case to case basis.
